Apple hasn’t even announced iOS 7 yet, but that hasn’t stopped well-known iOS hacker Joshua Hill (p0sixninja)
from working on a jailbreak for the forthcoming software update. And,
according to a recent tweet, it appears that significant progress has
been made on that front.
Early yesterday, the hacker — writing in first person — claimed that
“iOS 7 is mine” after he finishes the codesign exploit. That brief
comment is open for speculation, but it’s most likely that the hacker
means that he will have full control over the next major iOS version
when it is released.
@jduck @dent1zt just gotta finish up codesign exploit now, and iOS7 is mine. muwhahaha

A few months ago, Hill tweeted that it was likely he would be working
on the iOS 7 jailbreak solo, instead of joining a team like the Evad3rs or largely defunct Chronic-Dev.
At the time, he also claimed that he has discovered almost all of the
necessary exploits for another jailbreak, one that appears to be on the
verge of materializing.
