iOS 7.1 beta 4 may have patched evasi0n7 Jailbreak

Ever since Apple seeded iOS 7.1 beta 4 to developers yesterday, jailbreakers have been eager to find out if it patches the vulnerabilities in the evasi0n7 jailbreak.
We have some bad news. Based on tweets by iH8sn0w, developer of p0sixspwn, it looks like Apple may have patched some of the vulnerabilities that were used by evasi0n7 to jailbreak iOS 7 in latest beta version of iOS 7.1.
evad3rs are yet to confirm it, so we can’t be certain. MuscleNerd has tweeted that it doesn’t make sense to comment about it as there are no advantages in revealing whether beta versions have patched the exploits used in the jailbreak:
evad3rs had released a new version of evasi0n7 to add support for iOS 7.1 beta 3. But if iH8sn0w’s analysis is accurate, then it seems unlikely that they’ll release an update for evasi0n7 that adds support for iOS 7.1 beta 4. We also don’t expect someone to release the unofficial version of evasi0n7 like last time.
There are rumors that Apple plans to release 6 beta versions of iOS 7.1, so it is possible that Apple will fix the code signing bug as well to stay ahead of the cat and mouse game with jailbreakers. It remains to be seen how badly the final verison of iOS 7.1 will break evasi0n7 jailbreak, and how much time it would take evad3rs to release a jailbreak for it.
So what does it mean for jailbreakers? You should avoid upgrading to iOS 7.1 when it is released.
